…but for right now I am posting a picture. Here she is in front of the leaky Corcoran Gallery (Museum). It was raining off and on that day. I was struck by a few drops in the lobby as we were leaving—we let the guards know, and headed off into the night. We went to see the Eggleston exhibit on their late night open. It is too bad more people don’t take advantage of museums that do this. Actually, I really don’t want people to go on these nights. Every where I have gone on these late nights, the museums are pretty empty, and no children—I was going to LACMA most fridays for months in a row. On one occasion, I was at the Met with the El Greco and Zurbaráns and no one came in for 10 or more minutes. It is a really great room, but I was also meeting a friend there.
